Shubbe Kabanda
From Glasgow, Shubbe Kabanda started off playing playing percussion in school, later on picking up the guitar as well as the cello, inspiring her to progress down the path of a classical musician.
Her time at the Junior Conservatoire kickstarted her journey into higher education where she is now an undergraduate at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
She has also played in various musical theatre pit bands and plays, writes and sings for an indie-rock band.
In 2023, Shubbe achieved runner-up in Glasgow’s Scottish Young Musician Competition
